Michaels Day of Hell

2.5D Platformer

My role on this project was that of an Art Director and Environmental Artist. You can find examples of my work below. The game was a two player, 2.5D platformer that revolved around the concept of 'Sacrificial Gameplay'. Models not done by me were the spider crab, the door button, the wall battlements and the hanging cages which were made by Stewart Aickin, Dylan Ward, Kevin Adamovics and Wade Smoothy respectively. Every other model and texture in the photos was created by me. I was heavily involved in the level design and creation.

 

Modeled within Blender. Handpainted and unwrapped in 3D-Coat. Built in Unreal.
